The new large investment of “Hellenic Casino of Parnitha” in Maroussi will create a unique Greek tourism and entertainment attraction: high-end aesthetics with state-of-the-art “green” specifications, with a volume harmonized with the landscape and height lower than its neighbors.
In addition to the Casino, it will include a Luxury Hotel, restaurants, event venues and underground parking.Of the 55 decares, half will be allocated for the creation of public green spaces, while traffic interventions are planned with beneficial results locally.The investment, which will reach 200 million euros:
- will have particularly positive effects on the wider region and on the local economy
- further increase the revenue of the State and the local municipality
- create 1,000 new direct and indirect jobs.
The investment funds will come entirely from the Company’s private shareholders – including Laskarides Group, which also manages Regency, three Greek Systemic Banks, Investment Funds and other investors – without any financial burden on the State, which retains its participation rate (49%).
